These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Movementor Destinations Pvt Ltd (“Movementor Education”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing our website, purchasing services, making payments, attending events, submitting information, engaging our services, or entering into a commercial relationship with Movementor Education, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all individuals and organisations interacting with Movementor Education, including but not limited to:

• Educational institutions

• Agents and sub-agents
• Corporate organisations
• Government entities
• Event participants

• Any other clients or stakeholders engaging with Movementor Education

Movementor Education provides educational consulting and support services including but not limited to:

• University and course selection guidance
• Application preparation and submission support
• Documentation review and verification
• Visa guidance and support
• Scholarship guidance
• Interview preparation
• Language training and test preparation
• Germany Public University application support
• International admissions services
• Educational workshops, seminars and webinars
• Student mentoring and advisory services

Institutional Services

• Student recruitment and enrolment support services
• International student mobility services
• University and institutional representation services
• Marketing, outreach and promotional services
• Lead generation and student engagement services
• Agent and partner network management services
• Education fairs, exhibitions, webinars and event management services
• Institutional partnership development services
• Market research and student recruitment consulting services
• Application screening and pre-assessment services
• Training and professional development services
• Internationalisation and mobility consulting services

• Other educational consulting, advisory and support services

Movementor Education reserves the right to modify, suspend, add, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion.

3. Nature of Services

All services provided by Movementor Education are advisory, consulting, administrative, recruitment, facilitation, representation, training, or support services.

Movementor Education is not a university, government authority, immigration authority, licensing authority, testing agency, employer, or visa issuing authority.

Movementor Education acts solely as an independent educational consulting and support organisation.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Movementor Education does not guarantee:

• Admission to any institution
• Admission into a specific programme
• Scholarship awards
• Financial aid awards
• Visa approval
• Immigration approval
• Permanent residency outcomes
• Employment opportunities
• Professional registration or licensing
• Career success
• Salary outcomes
• Academic success
• Student recruitment targets
• Application volumes
• Enrolment targets
• Marketing outcomes
• Lead generation targets
• Commercial outcomes

All admissions, scholarship, visa, immigration, employment, licensing and recruitment decisions are made solely by the relevant third parties.

5. Career Assessments and Advisory Services

Career assessments, psychometric tools, reports, evaluations, recommendations and advisory services are intended solely as guidance tools.

Assessment results are not guarantees of future success, employment opportunities, educational suitability, earning potential or academic outcomes.

Users remain solely responsible for decisions made based upon assessment reports, recommendations and advisory services.

6. Client Responsibilities

All clients agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate and current information
• Submit authentic and genuine documentation
• Respond promptly to requests for information
• Review submissions before approval
• Comply with institutional and legal requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of account information

Movementor Education shall not be responsible for losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, delayed or fraudulent information supplied by a client.

7. Third-Party Institutions and Providers

Movementor Education may work with universities, colleges, schools, testing agencies, credential evaluation agencies, government authorities, visa service providers, recruitment partners, technology providers and payment providers.

These organisations operate independently and Movementor Education shall not be responsible for their decisions, actions, delays, failures, policy changes, admission outcomes, visa outcomes, scholarship decisions or service interruptions.

8. Institutional Clients

Where services are provided to universities, colleges, schools, educational institutions, recruitment partners, corporate organisations, government entities or other institutional clients, Movementor Education shall provide services on a professional and best-efforts basis.

Movementor Education does not guarantee:

• Student recruitment volumes
• Application numbers
• Enrolment targets
• Revenue targets
• Event attendance
• Marketing performance
• Lead generation results
• Conversion rates
• Commercial outcomes

Institutional clients remain responsible for admission decisions, scholarship decisions, programme delivery, student support services, compliance obligations, tuition collection and regulatory requirements.

9. Fees and Payments

All payments made to Movementor Education are considered payments for professional services, consulting services, advisory services, recruitment services, processing services, administrative services, training services or support services.

Payment does not guarantee any specific outcome.

Refunds, where applicable, shall be governed solely by the published Refund Policy.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Movementor Education regarding payment concerns before initiating chargebacks, payment disputes or reversals.

Where services have been delivered, Movementor Education reserves the right to recover costs incurred, suspend services and pursue legal remedies.

Evidence of service delivery may include consultations, emails, reports, applications, CRM records, event attendance records, payment records, communication logs and system records.

11. Intellectual Property

All reports, training materials, presentations, graphics, databases, documents, assessments, website content, marketing materials and other intellectual property remain the property of Movementor Education or its licensors.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, resale, modification, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

12. Confidentiality

Clients shall not disclose confidential business information, proprietary processes, commercial terms, pricing structures, training materials or intellectual property belonging to Movementor Education.

13. Data Protection and Privacy

Clients consent to the collection, processing, storage and sharing of information necessary for service delivery.

Information may be shared with educational institutions, universities, government authorities, visa processing entities, testing organisations, technology providers and service partners where required for service delivery.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movementor Education shall not be liable for:

• Admission refusals
• Visa refusals
• Immigration decisions
• Scholarship denials
• Employment outcomes
• Academic outcomes
• Business losses
• Revenue losses
• Loss of opportunity
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Third-party actions or decisions

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of Movementor Education exceed the amount paid directly to Movementor Education for the specific service giving rise to a claim.

15. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Movementor Education, its directors, employees, consultants, contractors, representatives, affiliates and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, legal costs and expenses arising from:

• False information
• Fraudulent documentation
• Violation of applicable laws
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of services
• Third-party claims arising from client actions

16. Force Majeure

Movementor Education shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including government actions, regulatory changes, university policy changes, natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, labour disputes, internet disruptions, war, civil unrest or acts of God.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thrissur, Kerala, India.

18. Changes to Terms

Movementor Education reserves the right to amend, update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of services after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of such revisions.
