Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs payments made to Movementor Destinations Pvt Ltd (“Movementor Education”) through its website, payment gateways, bank transfers, payment links, and other authorised payment channels. By making a payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Scope of Services

Movementor Education provides services including but not limited to:

• Overseas education counselling
• Career assessment and profile evaluation
• University and course selection guidance
• Application processing and submission support
• Documentation review and verification
• Visa guidance and support
• Language training and test preparation services
• International student recruitment services
• Educational events, workshops, seminars, and webinars
• Germany Public University application support services
• International admissions support services
• Other educational consulting and advisory services

2. Nature of Payments

Payments made to Movementor Education may include service fees, processing fees, assessment fees,
application support fees, training fees, consultation fees, event registration fees,
administrative charges, and third-party payments collected on behalf of institutions
or service providers.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, all payments are considered fees for
professional services and administrative support provided by Movementor Education.

3. General Refund Policy

Refund requests may be considered only where:

• Services have not commenced;
• No counselling, assessment, review, processing, training, or application support has been provided;
• No third-party expenses have been incurred;
• A written refund request is submitted by the payer.

Refunds are not automatic and shall be evaluated based on the services already delivered,
resources allocated, and expenses incurred.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once service delivery has commenced:

• Career assessments and profile evaluations
• Counselling sessions and advisory services
• University and course shortlisting services
• Application processing services
• Germany Public University processing services
• Document review and verification services
• Visa guidance services
• Language training and coaching services
• Educational workshops, seminars, webinars, and events
• Administrative charges and service fees

5. University Application Processing Fees

Application processing fees paid to Movementor Education cover professional services including:

• Eligibility assessment
• Profile evaluation
• Document review
• University selection assistance
• Application preparation
• University coordination
• Application submission support
• Administrative processing

Such fees become non-refundable once any of the following occurs:

• Eligibility assessment begins;
• Documents are reviewed;
• University shortlisting is completed;
• Application preparation begins;
• Applications are submitted;
• Administrative processing commences.

6. Third-Party Payments

Movementor Education may collect payments on behalf of universities, colleges,
credential evaluation agencies, language testing organisations, government authorities,
visa service providers, courier providers, translation agencies, and other third-party entities.

Refunds relating to such payments shall be governed exclusively by the refund policies
of the respective third-party provider.

Movementor Education cannot guarantee refunds for funds already transferred or remitted
to third parties.

7. Admission, Scholarship and Visa Decisions

Movementor Education does not guarantee:

• Admission to any institution
• Scholarship awards or financial aid
• Visa approval
• Immigration outcomes
• Employment opportunities
• Academic success or progression

Refunds shall not be granted solely because:

• An application is unsuccessful;
• A scholarship is not awarded;
• A visa application is refused;
• The student changes plans;
• The student chooses not to proceed;
• The student fails to meet admission requirements;
• The student fails to submit required documents on time.

8. Student Withdrawal

If a student voluntarily withdraws from the process after services have commenced,
no refund shall be payable for services already rendered.

9. Incorrect, Incomplete or Fraudulent Information

No refund shall be granted where a student:

• Provides false information;
• Conceals relevant information;
• Submits fraudulent or altered documents;
• Fails to comply with application requirements;
• Fails to cooperate with the application process.

10. Processing Charges

Approved refunds shall be subject to deduction of:

• Payment gateway charges
• Banking charges
• Currency conversion charges
• Administrative costs
• Third-party expenses incurred
• Taxes and statutory deductions where applicable

11. Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include:

• Full name of the payer
• Contact information
• Payment reference details
• Reason for the refund request
• Supporting documents where applicable

12. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds shall normally be processed within 15 to 30 business days

Movementor Education reserves the right to reject refund requests where:

• Services have been substantially delivered;
• Third-party costs have been incurred;
• The request falls outside this Refund Policy;
• Required information is not provided by the applicant.

14. Force Majeure

Movementor Education shall not be liable for delays, interruptions,
or inability to provide services arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control,
including but not limited to government actions, policy changes, university decisions,
natural disasters, pandemics, labour disputes, technical failures, or acts of God.

15. Final Decision

Movementor Education reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
All decisions regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
