Previously, he worked with reputed international universities as an Admissions Officer, bringing valuable institutional insight and practical experience into every student engagement. His background helps bridge the gap between student aspirations and global academic systems.
Manoj Jose – Managing Director
Manoj leads the strategic and operational direction of Movementor Education. His strength lies in building long-term institutional relationships and driving sustainable business growth. He is a John Maxwell Certified Trainer, and has delivered numerous motivational and leadership training sessions for young people and students across the globe. His passion for empowering the next generation makes him a strong voice for student transformation, both inside and outside the classroom.
Gijo Jose – General Manager
Gijo manages the daily operations of Movementor Education, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, effective task allocation, and operational efficiency.
He oversees the CRM system, counselor productivity, and compliance processes across offices. With his structured and proactive approach, Gijo ensures every student receives timely, accurate, and consistent support throughout their application journey.
Reshma Jerome – Manager, Student Support
Reshma leads the support services team with a focus on application handling, visa documentation, and pre-departure coordination. As a former international student herself, she brings a deep understanding of the emotional and practical aspects of studying abroad. Her compassionate, detail-driven approach ensures that each student’s process is smooth, compliant, and personalized.
